I am taking Metformin for my PCOS and now I am having diarrhea, weakness and bad taste in my mouth. Is there any some alternative medicine for PCOS without these causes?

Presented with pain in multiple joints (shoulder, elbow, knee, wrist, pharyngeal joints, ankle, PIPs) specifically in knee joint, elbow joint and back for 4 months continuously. Pain is more in larger joints than smaller joints. No fever no headache no physical injury. He wakes up with stiff joints which increases with physical activity. He had been on painkillers and showed no improvement at all. Kindly guide me with the possible diagnosis and recommendations.

I am a Dental professional .I am having double chin. I did exercise for double chin but I didn’t continue. And my double chin worsens, even I felt some unevenness loosened muscles near thyroid cartilage. My work is totally based on my neck posture. Any suggestions how can I reduce that double chin?
